Group Detail: I chose the name of this group after the monograph Administrative Law written by late Professor Sir William Wade. My special attention is to Part VIII of that book, Administrative Legislation And Adjudication. I invite you to join this group, to share good reference literature in various languages. Hope it would be somehow useful in promoting legal knowledge. As for the range (or the coverage), I refer to the list of the UK tribunals in the above book (pp.951-960, 9th Edition). The claims were mostly addressed to the tribunals dealing with housing, employment, family, taxation issues, etc. Since the 2nd Ed. of the abovementioned book was translated into Italian, I wish some Italian colleague would also join here to share this interest.
